Although all the members were very cool and greatly contribute to making the environment safe. They are very professional. We shot for the first time, and the instructor accompanied us throughout the entire process and was very pleasant. I highly recommend this specific site if it's your first time shooting.

I’ve had great experiences using the range here. I bought my first pistol here and it was very smooth even though they were busy when I was there. I can see why some people say it can be intimidating, but I don’t think it’s intentional. I will continue to come here for the range and guns.

What happened to me is unacceptable, and no customer should ever be treated this way. My firearm was stolen. It ended up in the hands of penguin tactical, who sold it and profited from the sale of my stolen property. When I contacted them, explained the situation, and provided proof of ownership, they claimed they “bought it in good faith” – the same excuse a pawnshop might use when fencing stolen goods. As far as I’m concerned, they knowingly or negligently handled and sold stolen property. I gave them every opportunity to make this right. I said I wanted to remain a customer. I even offered glowing reviews if they did the right thing. Their response? Absoluterefusal to offer any restitution. Let me be clear: • They kept the money from selling my stolen gun. • They refused to help recover it or compensate me. • They showed zero accountability for dealing in potentially stolen merchandise. If you were in my shoes – your property stolen, then resold by a business that pockets the cash and shrugs – would you feel any different than that this company stole from you? I’ve reported this to the authorities and filed a police report. But more importantly, I’m telling everyone I can: Do NOT trust Penguin tactical a.k.a. Get Some Guns And Ammo in Layton Utah. They have no integrity, no customer loyalty, and no regard for the law or basic decency. There are plenty of reputable businesses out there. This is not one of them. Save yourself the headache, the loss, and the betrayal. Shop elsewhere.
