Justin and his entire team were incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. They welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality, took the time to show us around, and made us feel like part of their family. Traveling all the way from Virginia, we specifically wanted to visit their storefront and impressive range and it was absolutely worth the trip. We truly appreciated the experience and look forward to coming back.

The crew at Ready Gunner has completely changed my perspective on what a gun store experience should be. I walked in looking to buy my first ever rifle (a fairly big purchase) armed with nothing but a thousand questions and zero firsthand experience. Instead of the quick sales pitch I expected, they spent hours with me that day. We’re talking a full education session: walking me through different options, pulling out various models and manufacturers so I could actually hold them and get a feel for the weight and fit, patiently answering every single question I threw at them. They genuinely helped me figure out what would work best for me, not just what would get me out the door fastest. Here’s the thing about gun stores: they can feel intimidating, especially if you’re new to the scene. I’ve been to other shops where I got a standoffish, “you don’t belong here” vibe that immediately made me want to leave. Ready Gunner is the complete opposite. These guys are friendly, genuinely fun to talk to, and they know their stuff inside and out. I’ve worked with Josh and Beamer multiple times now, and both are exactly the kind of people you want helping you make these decisions - knowledgeable without being condescending and patient whether you’re buying your first firearm or your fiftieth. Bottom line: while I’m in Utah, I can’t imagine buying from anywhere else. They treat you with respect, make the experience enjoyable, and, here’s what really stands out, they actually seem to give a damn about you as a customer, even if you don’t fit the typical gun owner mold.

Called to see if they had a specific gun I’ve been looking for with a specific brace. The person on the phone said they had the gun but not with that specific brace. I went over there and after standing at the counter for about 15 minutes finally got some help. The gentleman behind the counter said they didn’t have that gun, and made it sound like they haven’t had one for a week or so. I asked to see some similar options since I was already there and was ready to spend some money. He gave me a gun and I had to catch his attention before he walked away so I could ask if they had any cheaper options. He told me that he wouldn’t sell me any of his cheaper options because they “aren’t as reliable” and walked away. I’m not sure why a gun store would have options in stock that they aren’t willing to sell, and why he wouldn’t even consider showing me some other options. After standing there for another 15 minutes I finally decided to leave the gun on the counter as no one came to help me again. They appeared to be too busy to help me, but each employee had time to stop and talk to someone who had previously worked there for 5 minutes. Second poor experience here in two weeks trying to find a gun. Don’t trust what they tell you on the phone and don’t expect to get any help unless you already know everyone there.
